I have taken a mini vacation from blogging but I hope this weekend to get all the photos from our New Orleans trip, Easter and Zoe's first Atlanta Braves game downloaded. Lots to blog about. Look for a long post and picture overload this weekend sometime.

It's that time again.... I heart Thursday

I heart that my baby comes home today from her grandparents. I'm so excited that I am leaving work a little early.

I heart the good time had by all on St. Patrick's Day.

I heart the new artwork and throw pillows that I bought yesterday for the living room. We needed a change.

I heart the friends I have reconnected with and hope to see more in the future (Heather).

I heart Zoe's daycare. I am so happy that we have her in a place that we all love. Granted, it is more expensive but hopefully as she gets older the price will go down.

I heart that spring is right around the corner. My toes are sooooo ready for open toe shoes, can I get an amen!!!

I heart that I get to spend the day with my Zoe, my mom, my sister and my two nieces this Saturday. Girls day out shopping, it can't get any better than that.

I heart that my sweet Grandmother will turn 80 years old on April 7th.

I heart that I got to spend some time with my friend Stacy last night, love her.

I heart that my sister and I are so much alike.

I heart that Zoe comes home today.....did I mention that already? Well, I mean it.

So I was missing my baby

It's Tuesday, I still have to make it to Thursday without my baby girl. I woke up thinking this morning that I wished Bryan's Mom would email me some pictures of Zoe and what do you know, she must have been reading my mind because when I got to work she had emailed me pictures. I am missing my baby so the pictures help. Just want to document her fun time with her Nana and Paw Paw, by the look from the pictures, she isn't missing Mommy and Daddy one bit!!

Zoe is 19 months

Behind again, what can I say. On March 3rd Zoe turned 19 months old. What is she doing these days? She is totally 100% in love with Elmo. We have to watch Elmo dvd's at least 2-3 times a day, she has an Elmo doll and now Elmo stickers. She runs around babbling "I need Elmo", I'm not going to lie, I think it is pretty darn cute. I know there will come a time when I am tired of Elmo but again, right now, it is so cute.

Construction has begun on our house repairing all of the water damage, finally. We went to visit Bryan's parents this weekend and left Zoe with them until Thursday. I am missing my baby something awful already. It just doesn't seem right without her in the house but we wanted to keep her away from dust, fumes and anything potentially dangerous that comes with the repairs to the house.

Let's see, what else is going on in the Lockette household. Zoe is starting swimming lessons on April 17th at the YMCA. This class is a parent/tot class so Bryan and I are super excited this is something we can do with Zoe.

We are going to New Orleans in a few weeks for my sister's birthday. This should be a fun and interesting trip. I haven't been to New Orleans in about 7 years.

I am searching for Easter dresses for Zoe and myself right now. So far I haven't had much luck but I hope to have this done soon. We will be going back to Bryan's parents house for Easter.

That about wraps it up in a nutshell what has been going on with us and what will be going on with us in the near future. I am finally going to post some new pictures of Zoe, they are some 19 month pictures.
